Three noninvasive, detox tips to try

Heavy metals are not only destructive; they can also be very difficult to remove. Here’s what you need to remember.
Whenever an attempt is made to remove heavy metals, the golden rule is don’t be greedy. This simply means that any attempt to remove metals must be done slowly.
With that in mind, I’d like to present three noninvasive, detoxification protocols you can try from home. Others, (that I’ll post separately) may need the services of a health care professional.
TIP #1
As I’m sure many already know, the liver is the bodies main detoxification organ. So the first tip is intended to support the liver. Once we get this bad boy fired up good things happen!
To do this we need only three things. A mason jar, celery, and access to a juicer. Each morning drink 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach. Remember, we are drinking this for health, not taste. Don’t be complicating things by adding in more ingredients. No apples, no lemon, no ginger, no spinach, nada, zilch, zero. It simply won’t work as well and any intended benefit will be lost.
For the first few days, you might not feel the difference but as the days roll on don’t be surprised if your mood improves and you begin to feel brighter and lighter. Among other things, celery juice is teeming with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation, as I’m sure many already know is the driving factor behind a wide range of “mysterious” illnesses.
(Tip of the hat to Anthony William’s for bringing this into the mainstream).
TIP #2
There’s a mountain of evidence to show that infrared saunas are one of the safest, yet most effective ways to remove heavy metals. As an added bonus, light rays penetrate several inches in the skin, fat, and muscles of your body. This also helps to improve energy levels via the mitochondria which respond positively to this type of light. No really, it’s true.
For most of us, buying an infrared sauna isn’t an affordable option. The good news is your local gym probably already has a sauna. Bonus points if it’s infrared! If not, try calling around.
TIP #3
Moving along nicely let’s put into a place our first binder. Binders help to soak up heavy metals. There are lots of different types out there but Pectasol-C supports a healthy immune system as well as aiding gentle detoxification.
Unlike other binders (such as activated charcoal) Pectasol-C doesn’t chelate (remove) important minerals. Pectasol-C is a form of modified citrus pectin. It promotes safe detoxification as well as encouraging healthy cell growth and proliferation.
Beyond this, heavy metals can be an extremely complicated riddle to solve. It’s always advisable to get your levels tested and work with a health professional.
