Three noninvasive, detox tips to try

Detoxification is a marathon race, not a sprint.

Heavy metals are not only destructive; they can also be very difficult to remove. Here’s what you need to remember.

Whenever an attempt is made to remove heavy metals, the golden rule is don’t be greedy. This simply means that any attempt to remove metals must be done slowly.

With that in mind, I’d like to present three noninvasive, detoxification protocols you can try from home. Others, (that I’ll post separately) may need the services of a health care professional.

TIP #1

As I’m sure many already know, the liver is the bodies main detoxification organ. So the first tip is intended to support the liver. Once we get this bad boy fired up good things happen!

To do this we need only three things. A mason jar, celery, and access to a juicer. Each morning drink 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach. Remember, we are drinking this for health, not taste. Don’t be complicating things by adding in more ingredients. No apples, no lemon, no ginger, no spinach, nada, zilch, zero. It simply won’t work as well and any intended benefit will be lost.

For the first few days, you might not feel the difference but as the days roll on don’t be surprised if your mood improves and you begin to feel brighter and lighter. Among other things, celery juice is teeming…
